I likewise think listening is a type of mindful and of regard. You may think about the individual you are tuning in to or what you are tuning in to. For instance, my incredible granddad, Nathaniel Hudson, 92, feels forlorn now since he lives in a nursing home and his family just comes to see him on more than one occasion week after week.
